fantasy minor league draft discussion

My league is near the beginning of its milb draft. Players available are the 2012 draft class and the 2011 and 2012 July 2nd classes. I feel like I'm well-read on the scouting reports from draft day and the signing periods, but I think balancing those with the new info we get as the season goes on is best done in community, so I want your feedback on how your opinions on these guys are evolving.

The draft so far:

1. Byron Buxton

2. Lucas Giolito

3. Mike Zunino

4. Jorge Soler

5. Carlos Correa

6. Mark Appel (I'm not sure yet if this was a joke or misinformed owner. Unsigned players can't be kept, and we started drafting on July 16.)

7. David Dahl

League setup:

The league is standard 5x5 mixed league, 14 teams, 25 MLB keepers and 15 milb keepers without restrictions. MLB lineups have C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, IF, OF, OF, OF, Util, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P. 1200 IP cap.

I tend to favor up the middle players who'll hit. Being deep with premium 1B bats is also good because with the IF and Util spots I can have 3 starting at the same time. I generally only pursue pitching when I think there's #1 SP or elite closer upside.

Here's who I have already:

OF Jackie Bradley Jr.
3B Mike Olt
SS Javier Baez
OF Brandon Nimmo
SP Daniel Norris
OF Bubba Starling
OF Brian Goodwin
3B Cheslor Cuthbert
SS Xander Bogaerts
OF Oscar Taveras
2B Eddie Rosario
C Blake Swihart
SS Alen Hanson
SS Trevor Story
3B Matt Davidson

I have the 12th and 16th picks and would have to cut (or trade, but no one's biting) someone like Cuthbert, Story, or Davidson to use them.

I expect most of Gausman, Fried, Zimmer, and Almora to be gone by 12th pick, and possibly some of Ronald Guzman, Elier Hernandez, and Jairo Beras. Besides those, I'm looking at Addison Russell, Adalberto Mondesi, Robert Osuna, Stroman, and Manuel Margot. Plus Rougned Odor just got thrown into our draft on a technicality. I'm not convinced yet than anyone from July 2, 2012, warrants consideration here yet, but Barreto and Palma sound interesting.

I've also debated trading away my picks and picking up free agents instead, as the list there still includes Jeimer Candelario, Yordano Ventura, Dan Vogelbach, and Oscar Hernandez.
