My dynasty fantasy baseball draft is coming up and I have a decision to make. The league I'm in only has 7 Minor League spots and I would have to waive someone to free up a spot to draft a player. I have the 9th pick in the draft. Do I waive one of my minor leaguers for the 9th pick in the draft? And if so who? Thanks in advance for any advice.
