Well, I own Bogaerts and Bell in my league
so, I’m a bit biased. Personally, I think Bogaerts’ ceiling is just ridiculous, but he’s got a fair amount of issues to work on. Bell’s got a huge upside, and it’s not out of the question to think he could be a .300 hitter with 30 homer a year power one day. Cole and Paxton seem like solid #3 guys to me. Bogaerts and Bell are both a while away (think 2016 for both of them at the earliest) but Cole and Paxton will be up in the next 1.5 years. Sort of depends on what you want. I’d do:
1. Bogaerts
2. Bell
3. Paxton
4. Cole
with 1 and 2 being very close, then a drop off, and 3 and 4 being very close.

2016 for both at the earliest.
So you don’t expect Xander or Bell to be ready before their age 23/24 seasons? Is Xander gonna spend a year in A+, a year in AA, and two years in AAA? Sure, sure.
If that's what he was saying, that's reasonable. It wasn't though.

Boegarts in particular could move quickly with improvement in his approach. I wouldn’t avoid him thinking he’ll take too long.
1. paxton – he’s going to pitch in a pitcher’s park and has top of rotation upside with a high floor also. love him.
2. bell – huge upside for fantasy…
3. boagerts – biggest complete bust potential of the group but also some nice upside of his own, i see him as a 3b or rf down the line.
4. cole – good, not great, prospect

I thought you were going to ask which Jarrod Parker we thought you should keep.

Paxton
easily, he doesn’t have to compete with Jarrod Parker and there’s nobody questioning his hit tool.
Mourning Guy Carbonneau...
Royals obscure player to watch in ST: Lenny DiNardo
i'd go jarrod parker
or bogie, bell, paxton, cole

Paxton is the best bet to contribute at the MLB level, so I'd probably go with him.
If you have a solid minor league system and want some crazy upside, though, take Boegarts.
Bogaerts has MVP upside
You don’t win fantasy but playing it safe

Boegarts
Will climb up lists very fast. Scouts all around rave about him. Particularly if you are favoring the bats…
Bogaerts, Bell, Paxton, Cole
I love all four though, can’t go wrong. I always love to get power production out of my non 1B infielders, and if on the off chance he ends up sticking at SS he’ll be fantasy gold. Bell has more upside as a hitter than just about anybody… Paxton is a moderate ceiling high floor guy, which is obviously very valuable. I see a lot of fantasy potential in Cole with his sexy K-Rate.
Paxton, Bell, Boargarts, Cole

Paxton, then Bogaerts
Always keep in mind that, for fantasy, you always want the guys closer to the bigs. Paxton has a good shot of making his MLB debut in 2012, whereas a guy like Xander is more like 2014 or 2015. I agree that Xander’s upside is huge, but do you really want to wait that long?
'(F)or fantasy, you always want the guys closer to the bigs'
Exactly. I know it is rudimentary advice, but play for today (well, the near future in this case).
Paxton
Being far away can have a serious impact on drafting. In many leagues every year that prospect sits on your farm is another prospect you can’t draft.
Bogaerts might become better than Paxton but not only will Paxton help you now but you won’t have a spot tied up for the next 4 years or so.
