Milone is second in line for me. Fernandez is one spot behind Hellweg on my own pitchers list. These are three of my top six remaining pitchers.

Jose Fernandez and Tom Milone tied with 11 first place votes, but of the replacement votes for Hellweg and Rosenthal, Fernandez beat Milone 6-2, and therefore wins this runoff, 17-13.
