Ok fellas, it is time to light this rocket! For those unfamiliar, this is where we rank all the eligible prospects based on votes from this community. I think we have a pretty smart group here and, it's a tradition I want to keep alive.

I'm going to try something new this year, voting on a +1 for first place, +2 for second place, and +3 for third place voting system, rather than just the +1 in the past. Feel free to use your second and third place votes to nominate a player you like, recommend one for the list, or wehatever. It just givrs tghe voter more options and, doesn't have to be strictly your next three prospects.

If it isn't obvious, +1 will be worth 3 points, +2 will be worth 2, and +3 will be worth 1 point. I'm going to start the list with the top 10 pitchers, and hitters from John Sickels preliminary list but ... any prospect is elligible! The only rules are no one who has over 130 AT bats or 50 IP. Also, we didn't include Yu Darvish or Yoenis Cespedeslast season so I think we will keep it that way.

Okay, one last thing: I am not deviding the list into a pitcher and a hitter list. I will have an even number of each on each ballot (20 players) though, based on the voting and who people verbally recommend as well. The merits of doing it that way are outweighed by keeping the boards clear for posters who are interested in other stuff and don't want to jump in.
