OF Jackie Bradley Jr - What's His Upside?

What is Jackie Bradley Jr's upside potential?

OF Jackie Bradley Jr (Boston Red Sox) - Born: April 19, 1990

Drafted in the 1st round (40th overall, Supplemental)

2012 (A/AA) - .315/.430/.482/.911, 42 doubles, 9 homers, 87 BB, 89 K, 24 SB (73%)

During the MLB Winter Meetings in Nashville, TN, I was watching the MLB Network which had a segment with Peter Gammons. He made some comments that really caught my attention. He mentioned that if the Red Sox were to trade Jacoby Ellsbury (free agent in 2014) during the Winter Meetings or at any point in the off-season, many within the Red Sox organization believe that Jackie Bradley Jr is almost MLB ready and could take over CF and leadoff spot for the Boston Red Sox by mid-season. What are your thoughts on this? Also, what kind of numbers do you believe Jackie Bradley Jr is capable of during his peak years? He seems like he is going to be a great on-base machine.
