I'm a co-commissioner of a 30 team dynasty league entering its 3rd season (70 man rosters, maximum 40 major league players) . We're approaching our Rule 5 Draft and Free Agency and need to fill 2 open spots.

The 2 open teams are the Orioles and Athletics. Any player whose salary appears in red on the roster is an upcoming free agent.

1) What are the team's strengths and weaknesses?
2) What (generally) would be your plan for addressing the team's needs? (buyer vs seller, win now vs rebuild, focus on hitting vs pitching, etc - no specific names, please)
3) What are your own strengths and weaknesses as a GM?
