Community top rookies for future peformance number 13

Tight race between Yonder Alonso and Devin Mesoraco this round. I gave it a while extra to see if one would draw away from the other or if we they would tie, but neither happened. However, Alonso did maintain a slight lead so I'm calling it for him with 32% of the vote, followed by Mesoraco (28%), Anthony Gose (16%) Starling Marte (12%), Todd Frazier 8%, Erasmo Ramirez (4%), and Tom Milone, Lance Lynn, Randall Delgado and Zack Cozart bringing up the rear with 0%.

1. Mike Trout Outfielder Los Angeles Angels (83%)

2. Bryce Harper Outfielder Washington Nationals (100%)

3. Manny Machado Infielder Baltimore Orioles (47%)

4. Matt Moore, Pitcher, Tampa Bay Rays (45%)

5. Yu Darvish, Pitcher Texas Rangers (48%)

6. Yoenis Cespedes, Outfielder Oakland A's (50%)

7. Andrelton Simmons, shortstop, Atlanta Braves (27%)

8. Matt Harvey, Pitcher New York Mets

9. Jarrod Parker, Pitcher Oakland A's (50%)

10. Jesus Montero, Catcher/dh Seattle Mariners (40%)

11, Yasmani Grandal, catcher, San Diego Padres (44%)

12. Yonder Alonso, First Base, San Diego Padres (32%)

I'm going to temporarily drop all of the players who didn't get a vote last round (Milone, Lynn, Delgado and Cozart) but they are still eligible as a write in.

Temporarily dropped: Jean Segura 0% (round 9), Will Middlebrooks 0% (round 10), AJ Griffin 0% (round 10), Ryan Cook 0% (round 11), Tom Milone 0% (round 12), Lance Lynn 0% (round 12), Randall Delgado 0% (round 12), Zack Cozart 0% (round 12)

I'm going to add Mike Fiers, Willin Rosario and Anthony Rizzo this round. I'm going to bring back Wade Miley this round.Jean Segura will definitely be back next round.

In no particular order, Kelvin Herrera, Drew Smyly, Chris Carter, Lucas Harrell, Michael Gonzalez, Norichicka Aoki, David Cooper and and Brett Jackson, are among those I am looking at adding in the coming rounds. Please suggest more names, or your favorites among that group, below. Keep in mind though, that the plan is to go out to # 25 in this poll and then stop, and between those who have been voted in, those on the ballot, those who are temporarily dropped and the names listed immediately above we already have far more than 25 under consideration.

So, who do you think will have the best future performance among last year's rookies in the number 13 slot?
