Another call for

Tom Milone… Struck out a batter per inning in AAA with superior control. Never gonna be an ace, but he has the makings of a mid-rotation pitcher with a long career. Baffling to me he didn’t get on this list by the 35-40 range. I think this will prove to be a big miss by the community.
