Casey Kelly is really running away with this
Not sure why, personally, as he is outside my top fifty pitching prospects.
I think this about right for him, personally – back end of the top 50. He’s overhyped in my opinion, and the results are somewhat underwealhming for the stuff he’s supposed to have, but they’re still pretty good. 17% K% against a 7.5% BB rate (8.8% including HBP), and a 50%+ GB% (according to Statcorner) as a 21 year old in AA is a pretty good line. Add that to some upside to the stuff and less time pitching, and I think this is a decent spot.
Guerreri, Biddle and Bradley are in the same ballpark for me, but I’m giving the nod to Kelly here. I’m more conservative than most on prep pitchers, and Biddle I’d like to see harness the control. Bradley…I’m a little unsure with him, for that reason behind the other three
i dunno
i don’t think he’s that much better than than the other guys on the list that are recent draftees
and i’m a bit surprised ppl are that low on John Lamb
