Order confirmation?
John, is there any way to check and see if I have already placed an order? I realize that this is a huge pain for you. I could have sworn I had already ordered it but I don’t see a confirmation anywhere in my inbox. I would like to guarantee that I get a print copy. Please let me know what info you need from me and I will get it to you right away.
I have no record of an order related to your name or email!!

eBook question
I was just wondering if you can highlight text on the ebook version like you can on most ebooks? I like highlighting prospects I’m interested in. I know you might not have an answer, but I thought I’d ask.
I’m thinking about getting the ebook version this year.
well
Well I will say that I don’t know. I have never used an Ebook myself. I am a Luddite about the entire concept.
Jeri loves them, but she’s not here right now for me to ask.
The book comes in .pdf format. I don’t know if those can be highlighted or not.

Yes
Yes, you can highlight text in a PDF using Adobe reader, or even better in Foxit reader. It has nothing to do with the book itself.
Just ordered the paper version
Can’t wait…..
Thanks
Thanks John for your response as well as everybody else. I appreciate it.
Looking forward to the book.
it's ok
Order ASAP and you should be fine.
