I think they have the potential to be the next Phillies in about 4 years. Right now they are solid in the majors with hitting but pitching aren't great yet. AA's 2010 Draft could be the draft of the decade if Nicolino, Syndergaard, and Sanchez all hit their ceiling and add in that the Jays could have some huge ceiling outfielders in Gose and Marisnick. If Lawrie can handle third they could move Bautista to DH in 3 years. Think about this, the Jays if Gose and Marisnick make it and develop could have Rasmus in left, Gose in center, and Marisnick in right. The rotation could be a great one as Drew Hutchison is developing into a 3 and maybe a 2 if the fastball stays there. I do think that Kyle Drabek is their future closer. Think about this rotation, it is a dream as these guys likely won't all pan out. It could be Romeo-Alvarez-Hutchison-Nicolino-Syndergaard with Sanchez waiting in the wings. This isn't even including Adonys Cardona who could be better than them all. Great future for the Jays, and I think this team is on the cusp of being a perennial contender as Toronto is a huge city, the owner has a ton of money, and Canadian currency is worth a lot more now than in the past.
