The Big Eligibility Thread
I dont remember if we did this last year, but we did a couple years ago and it was pretty handy. Lets try to create a list, by team, of players that have, will, or we expect to exhaust their rookie eligibility by the end of the season. Obviously some are complete guesses, but it would be interesting to see who is "out" on team and overall prospects list going into next season. I would ask that you list everyone on whatever franchise you are doing, even if they aren't "prospects".
One post per team might make this a little more organized.

Yankees
Ivan Nova, Hector Noesi, and Eduardo Nunez are no longer eligible.
Lance Pendleton is at 14 IP (about 42 days, though that is far from exact), Kevin Whelan is at 1.2 IP, Steve Garrison is at .2 IP Brandon Laird has 6 at bats, Colin Curtis has 59 at bats. I would be shocked if any of them were no longer eligible though Pendleton is possible. If he gets another call up before September he should be a sure thing.
Jesus Montero is rumored to have a call up coming soon, but I don’t know exactly what timeframe to expect.
I've heard
it is consistent for when Jeter comes back, since Rodriguez is also out… Cervelli is the only back up INF left
Padres
Anthony Rizzo – 98 AB now; highly likely to get another 32 in September, if not before
Jesus Guzman – 112 AB now; will exceed thresholds in the next 10 days
Logan Forsythe – Now on his 4th gig with the team this year; above service time threshold now, but only 68 at-bats; 50/50 on reaching 130
Blake Tekotte – only 19 at-bats now, but just recalled and could get enough playing time to exceed threshold
Luis Martinez – will not approach limits
Cory Luebke – blown past all thresholds
Josh Spence has made 20 appearances with 17 IP; won’t reach 50 innings, but will have 2.5 months on the roster by September 1
Anthony Bass only at 15 IP, but likely headed to the rotation and will probably get there… unless the K/9 and BB/9 rates keep up, in which case, he’ll enjoy late August in Tucson.
Evan Scribner and Sam Deduno have debuted, but will still have eligibility at the end of the year.
Erik Hamren won’t either, but given that he was pitching in Joliet 12 months ago, he deserves a line of his own after debuting this evening.
Ernesto Frieri – short of 50 IP last year, but just in case you didn’t already have him off the list because of service time, now he’s past it.
Mets
Justin Turner- 298 at bats
Lucas Duda- 140 at bats
Pedro Beato- has 45.1 IP, will go over 50 this season for sure
Dillon Gee- 107.1 IP
Fernando Martinez I believe lost his rookie eligibility this year by amassing 131 AB over the last 3 seasons (he had 22 of those 131 this season).
I think Jason Pridie was technically still a rookie despite his age and he too has used up his eligibility this year.
