Every day I find some new guy I want to pick up, but I can't ever let go of who I have, so which couple of these guys is the weakest in your opinion?  I'm also very offense heavy because I already have a really young dominant staff and just had RDLR and Nicasio promoted, so hopefully it gets better.  Anyway, let me know what you think?
