Tyler Skaggs
In the winter, BA wrote, "Skaggs profiles as a solid No. 3 starter right now, and he can become a frontline starter is his fastball and changeup develop as hoped." My question is, how is his development going this season?
I ask because I own him in a dynasty league. If he appears to be a #3, I could use his roster spot on something else since I already have Hanson, Romero, Hellickson, Teheran, Parker, Bauer, Lamb, and McNutt in the system with a 1200 IP cap.

Skaggs could make for a #2 guy
The #3 seems to assume, from what I understand, that he doesn’t add velocity. I believe he may have already added some velo (reports in ST were encouraging in this dept), and there’s the possibility for a touch more.
Not going to guarantee the complete accuracy of this, though. :-)

Skaggs looks like
he could be a #2 with the Ks he’s piling up.
