If Strasburg was still a prospect..
Where would he rank in your on your list? Possibly the best pitching prospect ever and he was amazing in the majors before his injury, but how much does the injury drop him in your opinion? A lot of pitchers come back from Tommy John, but does his injury risk put the top poisition players ahead of him? Would he still be the #1 pitching prospect in baseball?
Since I need 75 words, Strasburg's numbers in the majors last season:
68 IP, 12.18 K/9, 2.25 BB/9, 2.91 ERA, 2.08 FIP (wow)

Not sure how your hypothetical is meant to work
If I know what I know about how he performed in MLB, probably #1.
Without that knowledge, he’d drop down a good bit, into the bottom part of my top 10.
TJ Surgery isn't serious
but his horrible mechanics are. Maybe a good closer.
Maybe Top 20
Funny that you ask this
Because I recently had a fantasy draft on a site where you are able to draft MLB and MiLB players at the same time, and if I’m not mistaken I drafted Strasburg before any prospects were taken other than guys like Hellickson who will be MLB regulars to start the season.
