Aderlin Rodriguez
What is the upside on Aderlin Rodriguez? I have watched some film and this kid can literally crush the ball. Do the Mets plan to shift him to the outfield to off-set the defensive limitations? This kid seems to have a higher ceiling than Wilmer Flores or Ike Davis offensively. In fact, he probably has raw power closer to Mike Stanton, Bryce Harper, etc.
Do I take a late gamble on him in an NL-only farm draft? What is the probability that he makes it to the bigs and in what timeframe?

Why not? I’m sure you’ve got a ton of non-prospects rostered currently

He’s a good lookin’, young power prospect huh? Just from the clip of him taking grounders he doesn’t look like a a 3b though, does he? He bends at his waist, not his kneees.
Reminds me of Andruw Jones at the plate. Not comparing him to Andruw though. He was on another level as a young player.

forgot he played in savannah
completely forgot that i have seen him play… / ie- not too impressed. I like Puello’s bat a lot more
me too
even watchiing that video there supplied by casejud he seems almost rather unathletic and kind of big around the hips now that is in no way anything more than just my opinion.
I am more impressed with Puello’s bat now, i think, and definately think he has more long-term upside/potential
I called it - Joe Mauer's first career Home-Run at Target Field !!!

Both players seem to have tremendous bat speed though
