This is the ugliest choice yet

For me anyway. I don’t have either very close to this spot on my list, so voting for either as #34 overall seems sort of out there for me.

To that I say "why?"

I respect your opinion AK but, to have Tavares much lower, as you say, you would have to think most of these remaining propects who have questions on if they will hit – Olt, Gose, Martin, Brown, Marte, Springer, Bell, etc – will ALL hit more than Taveras, don’t you? I could see one or two but, not every one of them Taveras looks like he will hit and, he can play defense as well. I could see OT as high as 20, reasonably.

that would pretty much imply that i have him in the early to mid 60s overall. he isn’t that far down my list. more like half-way between. he’d be in my top 50 at this point, but pretty far back of this point.
