I think Jenkins wins this one pretty easily
Jenkins is younger, with better performance, projection, and stuff. I actually think Lee gets overrated because of the signing bonus it took to keep him from college football. It was large, but not solely because of his talent level. I think he is a good prospect, but no where near Jenkins level for me.
