Martin Perez

I was saying I was surprised he hadn’t appeared in the list or comment sections so far, and asking if he might still get into the top 50.

He had an inconsistent season so I was also acknowledging some homerism, as I am a Texas fan. That also served to distinguish which Perez I was talking about (David Perez, another Texas farmhand, is obviously not top 50 material but readers of this site know that.)

Perez has already been voted in as the #18 pitching prospect

Randall Delgado is the pitcher in the overall heads up poll right now, and he is the #16 pitching prospect. It is fairly likely that Perez will be a top 40 prospect.
