4. Dustin Ackley, 2b Seattle Mariners (41%)

The voting breakdown for the ninth round round after Belt was, Mike Moustakas 26%, Dominic Brown 13%, Danny Espinosa 10%, Cory Luebke 8%, Paul Goldschmidt 5%, Jason Kipnis 3%, Mark Trumbo 3% (write in) and 0% for Zach Britton, Vance Worley and Craig Kimbrel.
I'm going to keep everyone on the ballot who got at least 5% of the vote, and drop everyone who didn't, although I'm planning on bringing Kipnis back next round and on cycling Trumbo back in by round 12. Britton, Worley and Kimbrel also come off the ballot for a while. We'll rotate back in Wison Ramos, Henderson Alvarez and Aroldis Chapman.
In rotation: Jordan Walden 0% (round 5), Ivan Nova 0% (round 5), Mark Trumbo 3% (round 7), Jemile Weeks 0% (round 7), Danny Duffy 0% (round7), Chris Sale 0% (round 8), Kyle Drabek 0% (round 8), Salvador Perez 0% (round 8), Jason Kipnis 3% (round 9), Zach Britton 0% (round 9), Vance Worley 0% (round 9), Craig Kimbrel 0% (round 9)
We'll give Jose Altuve his first time on the ballot this round, leaving as future testers :
Josh Collmenter, Kenley Jansen, Lucas Duda, Dayan Viciedo, Juan Nicasio Alex Cobb, JD Martinez and Mike Minor.
As always voting is by +1 and there are places below to suggest testers or vote for players not currently on the ballot.
So who is your number 10 prospect for future performance among last year's rookies?

"We did a lot of good things last year, and now we've got Julio ... That does nothing but improve the offense, and we expect to do better. That's our goal, to lead the NFL in everything. Every offensive category." -Roddy White

Seems Dom is getting seriously underrated here
Also surprised that Ramos is not getting any support.
