i still don't like D'Arnaud's bat
I think he’s more of a productive backup bat, and if given a chance to start he’ll pull an Adam Moore.

Curious about this one
Both Rizzo and Colon are available for my upcoming MiLB draft. Whichever way the voting goes, Colon is probably a better pickup due to positional scarcity and the Petco factor, but I’m still curious to see how it turns out.
Does this mean . . .
. . . that you really, really like Colon more or that you dont care for Rizzo or D’Arnaud? Just for discussions sake I look at CC’s College numbers, combined with his debut at Wilmington, and I see a guy who’s a line-drive bat – won’t walk a lot – decent average – not a whole lot of speed. If he slides over to 2b, we are sort of limiting the upside there, aren’t we? Rizzo would have to almost just be a bust as a hitter to not be as aluable, wouldn’t he? I guess I can see it – Colon I mean. He’s a much better bet to provide value perhaps. Just interested in If it was more Colon love, or Rizzo/ D’Arnaud skepticm that made it not so close for you?
"If my uniform doesn't get dirty, I haven't done anything in the baseball game." - Rickey Henderson
I meant between Colon and Rizzo
I like d’Arnaud more than both. I see Colon as a plus hitting, average power, plus defensive second baseman who gets everything out of his tools. I see him closing the gap between him and Grant Green this year.
I’m a Rizzo skeptic. As you know, I have a high standard for first basemen. I believe the power spike was real, but the contact ability scares me enough to drop him out of my top 125.
