Hi All,

First of all, I apologize for posting this question here.  I know it has nothing to do with minor leagues or prospects, but I know a lot of people in here play lots of Fantasy Baseball so I thought I'd ask everybody for your help because I trust the MinorLeagueBall posters.

Anyway, I've been in a Yahoo! Dynasty Baseball League for 7 years now, and we're looking to start over with something new.  Currently, we don't have any salary-caps or anything like that, but we'd like to start up a salary-cap league with all of the same managers.  So, my questions to you are:

1. What website do you use for your salary-cap fantasy baseball leagues?
2. How do you like it?  What do you like and not like about it?
   
3. Does the website allow for Dynasty Leagues (i.e. it'll keep track of your teams), or do you need to just remember your players and redraft each year (which of course isn't a big deal)?
4. How does it work?  I understand this question may not be all that fun to answer, so if you answer #1 above, I should be able to go to that site to read up on how it works.
