Let's say that you have $10 million available to spend on both the draft and the international market this summer. You pick in the middle of each round of the draft with a compensation round pick in the middle of that round, as well. So you have 51 draft picks total to work with.
Assume that you're budgeting based on the 2010 draft and international classes.
How much do you budget for the draft and how much do you budget for your international class?
