For argument sake, lets say the mlb draft was shortened to 14 or 15 rounds. How do you think it will impact teams' draft strategies?

1. Will they target more seniors/polished players who don't have signing risks attached to them?

2. Will they still target high school player/high upside picks, but just go even more overslot?

3. Keep the same strategy?

Most teams already have specific philosophies; some target mostly polished players, while others go for upside athletes. So keep that in mind.
