What do you guys think of Cameron Seitzer? He looks like a very good prospect to me for the 2011 draft.

I'm not sure he has the kind of bat to be a top pick at 1B
I could definitely be wrong about that though. I find hitters a lot harder to evaluate than pitchers.

Yes, I also have problems evaluating hitters sometimes. I saw Seitzer play for OK in person and he looked pretty good in those games, polished approach, you can tell he’s a big-league son. Not 100% sure what his power will look like.

I've hit with him in the cage a few times
and he’s a very well balanced hitter. I only got to see him hit a few times this year but I’ve always said he’s got a MLB bat. I was always worried about his baby fat and defense. But he seems to have cleaned that up.
What round do the Royals draft him in next year?

at his current rate I’d say he’s a third-to-fifth rounder. If he explodes with the bat, which is possible, he could get higher than that.
