Note: I apologize that this is not about minor league ball, and if it violates any rule I am not aware of, I'll take it down if need be. I simply feel this is the best place to get the largest response from multiple perspectives.
A short while ago, I was surfing mlb.com and noticed the story about Milton Bradley(linked below). From reading the story, it seemed that he has hit rock bottom. The article did not get into what was his specific issue was, but that he angrily left the stadium after being taken out of Tuesday's game. He called the team the next day, came in to the stadium, and asked for the Mariners' help.
Milton, a man who has always had an attitude problem, has finally accepted that he needs the help of others to overcome his issues. While it may not be correct to guess what is wrong with Milton, I will ask you to do exactly that. What do you think is wrong with Milton? Personally, I got the impression it is a substance problem. Not steroids, but another type of drug, possibly alcohol..
No matter what it is, and no matter what your personal opinion is of Milton, I think we all hope that he can recover.

So do you think it is substance problem, or another issue?
UPDATE: This is a really good write I found at TBLA(A Dodger blog) about Milton. It is a similar sentiment that many are saying, but is very well done:
