Best Minor League Ballparks?
As the title says, I'm a young guy who hasn't been to many minor league ballparks but I want to roadtrip with my friends to 10 or 12 in the summer, I live in Toronto so I probably won't be going too far south. Regardless, I just want to hear what everyone's favorite minor league ballparks are and why.
P.S. For those in western New York, what do you think of the Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester ballparks?

Syracuse
I live pretty close so I try to catch a couple games a year. I haven’t really been to any other parks, so I have nothing to compare it to, but the Chiefs have a pretty nice park imo. There’s no one there when I go, so you can move down close to the field, regardless of where your tickets are for. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s a decent park to watch a game in.
Road trip research site
I really like the parks in Akron, Columbus and Toledo. I’ve also heard great things about Indianapolis and Lake County (suburb of Cleveland). Would make an easy road trip to go through NY to Ohio and hit Buffalo, Cleveland (Lake County), Akron, Toledo and Indianapolis. Then could swing down through Columbus, Dayton and Louisville and work your way back North toward Toronto. Just an idea. The following site has pretty thorough reviews on most minor league parks.
stadiums i like
McCoy stadium is very nice to watch a ballgame in, especially since they redesigned it a coupe of years ago. The park that the Portland Sea Dogs play in is like a mini fenway, pretty nice and they have some great local pubs near by.
Norwich stadium(not sure who is there now, used to be AA Yanks, then the Giants) is also a nice stadium to watch a game in. Not a bad seat in the house.
Frisco is really nice

Buff Syr, and Roc
Living South of Rochester, I tend to go to those 3 parks at least twice a year and they are all nice. They are all relatively new and offer a much nicer vantage point than the ball parks of my youth. River front, Exhibition in Toronto and 3 rivers:) Of the 3 Syracuse is the smallest and offers great site lines and is never crowded. Rochester is always fun and vibrant. It seems everyone there is there to enjoy the game and I have enjoyed that park the most. Buffalo is the one where the alcohol seems to flow the most and the only one of those parks that I worry about an unruly drunk or two. All 3 are nice and I often will find a time when they are all at home and make a week of it, even sneaking in a Batavia game as well. It’s a great place to catch 3 AAA ballparks about an hour and a quarter apart from each other.
Durham Bulls Athletic Park
designed by HOK Sport. The same company that did Camden Yards and the New Yankee Staidum. Great look, great feel. Smallish, but it’s a bun place to watch two.

I love LeLacheur Park (Lowell Spinners)
It’s such a great place to take in a game. The only problem is the parking and its location.
Coney Island is delightful
Not a bad seat in the house, local beer, view of the roller coaster and the ocean.
