What you fail to understand in your joyless myopia is that baseball is the key to life-- the Rosetta Stone, if you will. If you just understood baseball better all your other questions your, your... the, uh... the aliens, the conspiracies they would all, in their way be answered by the baseball gods.

have to go off the board here.

Trout
I tend much more towards the high floor side of the prospect evaluation spectrum, but Trout is the kind of kid I can make an exception for. He blew teams away in presraft workouts with his athleticism and raw tools, and then showed pretty impressive plate discipline in rookie ball (especially for a cold weather prospect). That’s a pretty solid combination, and I think it merits Trout’s placement in this vicinity on the list.

More specifically...
Isn’t Reddick pretty much 90% of Jackson’s upside with like 10% of the risk?
I think so
I think Reddick is getting severely underrated here, he and Michael Saunders are fairly similar prospects in my opinion. I think we have Saunders about ~10 spots too low himself, but there shouldn’t be 25+ spots between him and Reddick.
