Need some help on foreign born players
In my dynasty we add all foreign born free agents that were signed in the past 12 months to the free agent pool. I am building a nice squad from the ground up. Last year was our first year and I took advantage of everyone wanting to be champion #1 and traded mid level MLB'ers for top tier minor league talent. That along with gathering 7 of the first 22 minor league picks. The prospects contracts are very reasonable for the first three years before they become restricted FA's then even pretty economical at that point . That being said I have the most money to work with in the FA market by far and believe that the best route to take that will fit with what I've done so far is the foreign players. I know Chapman,Sano,Profar and Salcedo are their any other recently signed foreign players I need to focus on. Chapman is all but mine and a good chance Sano too, one more would make an extremely productive haul but I might need to look past Profar and Salcedo.

I think he is close to signing a deal with the Blue Jays
Adopted Giant: Mike Krukow.
Grab Some Pine, Meat
Kevin Frandsen: The best SS on the Giants roster
Hoping for BowkerMania to hit AT&T Park in 2010
Some Names
Vinicio from the Sox
Gary Sanchez from the Yanks
Guillermo Pimental from the Mariners
Luis Sardinas from the Rangers
Cheslor Cuthbert from the Royals
Juan Urbina on the Mets (yes, son of Ugueth)
Max Kepler on the Twins
Jorge Polanco on the Twins
Wilfredo Solano on the A’s
I’m not sure if Leslie Anderson has officially signed yet, but if so, he’s on the Rays
The Nats also just signed a high profile arm I think.
Can’t think of any others right now.

Noel Arguelles - Royals
Didn’t get as much press as Chapman but still a coup for the Royals. LHP with 92-94 MPH velocity.
If you only control these guys for three years before they become FA's, I wouldn't touch many of them.
Hecevarria, Chapman, Anderson, and maybe Iglesias are the only ones I’d really think would be in sniffing distance of the majors by the time they could be plucked from you. I’d let others sit on guys like Sano and Salcedo, as they will likely be available to you again before they reach the majors (by how I’m reading your setup).
Pinella: Where th f*ck was that pitch at?
Ump: Lou, don't you know that you're not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition?
Pinella: Where the f*ck was that pitch at, a$$h*le?

After the first three years
the are restricted and I can sign them to one more 3 year deal at that point

Noone’s mentioned him so far. He’s the only one besides Chapman and Sano to make BA’s Top 100. Altho the way people are talking up Hechevarria, he might have made it if he had signed in time. Possibly, Salcedo would have made it, too.
