Easy one
That’s the USS Sickels. Docked along the Kansas River.
I’ll take a Sidd Finch retro. Thanks!

Bah
Beat me by a few minutes, I was trying to track down which of the ships was most likely to be in whites. You’re probably right that it’s Renown, as she spent time as the royal yacht.

Renown
HMS Renown is the correct answer.
Knowledge of dreadnoughts is relatively common. Knowledge of pre-dreadnought battleships is less so. Good job.
Who do you want to see a retro on?

Oliver Perez is my choice for the Retro prospect

Hmmm
First poster is on the right track – it could be a Royal Sovereign – but I think the close proximity of the stacks (the Sovereigns were wider apart) and the wing bridge with the pilot house on top makes this a Centurion-class. Without any further knowledge it’s hard to say which, so I’ll go with HMS Centurion, though it could also be Barfleur or Renown.
Diversity
Diversity is an old, old wooden ship used during the Civil War.

dude
did you really pick oliver perez of all people for “not a rookie”? i could think of at least 50 players off the top of my head who’d be a more interesting read than a report on someone in his late 20’s who peaked at 21 or 22 or whatever

Yeah
I’d like to see Kevin Slowey, Jorge de la Rosa, Kevin Correia, or maybe Casey McGehee or Melky Cabrera.

It's not a Not A Rookie
It’s a Prospect Retro. Oliver Perez is a good candidate for a Retro since it would be interesting for John to pinpoint where things went wrong.
I think I have an Idea on where it went wrong
he came off a great 2004 season and then in 2005 He couldn’t find a Arm slot he liked so he tried them all and none of them of worked then he kicked a cart after a game with St. Louis and broke a toe and missed two and half months. I don’t think he recovered from that Season and its mostly in his head and has nothing to do with his abiltiy, but I want to see if I am correct in that assumption
