For those of you who are starved for baseball, the Serie del Caribe (Caribbean Series) begins today and all the games will air on the MLB Network.

Made me chuckle to see they are still playing.

Also, Eduardo Perez, isn’t he on Baseball Tonight during the season which makes it tough to stay in baseball shape (of course it could easily be another Eduardo Perez).

You don't have to be from that country to play...

These are just club teams. Most players are from that country, but its far from a strict rule.

In fact, these teams are partly the teams that won those leagues’ championships and partly pickups from other teams to fill in weak spots, etc…
