Personally, I'm against run-offs but if we are going to have them we need to come up with a criteria.
What do you think about having to be within 5 votes of the highest vote getter? Any more than that and we should just call it and move on.
Also, I guess we'll call this tomorrow late afternoon. Sound fair?
