The first overall prospect in the minorleagueball community rankings will be determined by a head to head matchup between Jeremy Hellickson who received 56% of the vote vs. Mike Trout who received 48%. Both opponents were runaway winners. Jeremy had a fantastic season last year even reaching the majors flashing above average stuff and command. Mike reached high A ball at the tender age of 19 and showcasing above average contact skills, plate discipline, speed, defense and for a 19 year old pretty solid power. Both are terrific prospects.
