Dynasty League Trade Question

I'm building for next year in a 5x5 Roto League with a $250 starting salary each year.

The trade...

I would get: Travis Snider ($5), Daniel Schlereth ($7), Randy Choate ($7), and a 2nd Round Pick

for

He would get: Chad Qualls ($20) and Reid Brignac ($7)

All players are kept for two years and can be long-termed.

I'm thinking about asking for Angel Guzman ($7) in addition.

Is Snider going to really breakout next year, or what? What will Brignac amount to with how Bartlett is playing and with what's in front of him? Will Schlereth be closing any time soon?

What do you guys all think? I really appreciate any help, I know people tend to dislike Fantasy-related questions, but I think they're relevant with prospects involved. Thanks in advance.

Do IT

I think you have to make that deal. Qualls is solid, but Arizona will most likely look elsewhere for a closer next season. Snider is the guy for me. He can hit at least 20 HR next season if given the full season even if his rate stats kind of suck his first couple years.

I would not want Choate though. He lessens the deal for you overall.

Yeah

I think I agree that I should do it. Choate is actually just a “place holder” because he’s the active player that I would be getting back. I would actually probably just dump him and activate Angel Guzman (if I can get him).

Likewise, I think Snider will be really good next year. I’ve got Colby Rasmus and Cameron Maybin also at $5, so I think my OF would be stacked for the next thousand years.

Don't forget...

Going into this season Snider was a top 5 prospect on most list, and no lower then 10th. Its hard to turn down that upside, considering he was basically written off in such a small number of at bats.
