Brad Holt 'Inverted W'?

I was looking at a video I took of Brad Holt last year in the NYPL and so I was gonna try and slow down the video and then I noticed this^^. Is it me or is that the  'inverted W'. I do not know that much about mechanics, but i'm pretty sure this is what the W looks like.  Can someone confirm or deny if this is the W? If it is that kinda sucks.

Looks like a W

which is interesting, although an angle from the front would be more telling. The big problem with the “W” is that having too much internal rotation (or is it external? I always confuse which is which) puts massive strain on the shoulder, and later in the delivery will make you do things that will hurt your UCL.

From here he appears to have the W, but also he doesn’t seem to be loading his scapula like, say, Homer Bailey did, but the most conclusive way to tell is a video from his frontside.

The W is there

But when watching the clip, it looks to be extremely minor compared to those who are the posterboys for the dangers of the inverted w.

Inverted W

I wish there was a way of knowing which pitchers have the inverted W and stayed healthy, vs those that havent.

Its not a determinative predictor of injury

just something Id list as a negative in terms of potential risk… and even then, just one factor among many.

For instance, Guys with complicated wind ups… that’s very similar to the inverted W. Think Dontrelle. When i see a prospect with that I see a guy who has added a little bit in terms of deception as a positive, but its hard to repeat those mechanics so overally I think of it as a mark against him… but not determinative of anything. Some guys are fine with complicated deliveries. Others run into trouble. Same thing with the inverted W. I see a guy who has added a little velocity by pinching his shoulders, but the extra pronation and where he picks up the ball can cause timing problems that lead to injury. Neither a complex windup nor the inverted W will definitively lead to injuries, but they increase the risk as they have a propensity to do so (or at least seem to have a propensity for many people who don’t think there’s enough data yet to say with any certainty).
