How about something like prospects that have the highest upsides that weren’t in your top 100, that are in full season ball.

More draft stuff please....

…and Prospect Retros on pitchers taken #1 overall would be very interesting.

Ditto on the draft stuff

and maybe take a look at Michael Kirkman, healthy and unexpectedly keeping pace with his more heralded colleagues in the Hickory rotation.

More Draft Stuff

Particularly guys who could go in rounds 3-5 that could be a steal. Also, a report on some of the best prep pitchers in the class

Mariano Rivera Prospect Retro

Always wondered how he came up. Can’t be much precedent for a 1 pitch guy turning into a HOF. What’d scouts think back then…

Prospect Retro

I’ve been thinking after his stellar start this season, a Zack Greinke prospect retro would be fitting. He became the best starter in the minors, then took the bigs by storm before he just couldn’t handle it. Now he looks just unhittable.

Also

I was thinking maybe a Shane Victorino prospect retro would be quite interesting. He made the top 20 phillies prospect list in 2006, behind players such as Welinson Baez, and Brad Harman. He is now pretty much a fan favorite, and is one hell of a player

Breakout analysis

Which prospects are really breaking out at this stage, and which ones are putting up superficial numbers?

+1

Also, how do you distinguish between those two types?

Geoff Jenkins Prospect Retro

"I didn't realize his velocity was that high," said Macha, noting that radar readings aren't flashed during exhibition games.

Laynce and Jayson prospect retro

Now that they are finally playing in the majors

Prospect Retro

Chris Iannetta or Scott Baker.

An Edwin Jackson either prospect retro or crystal ball would be nice. More draft stuff would obviously be great.

Prospect Retro

Placido Polanco. Guy has carved himself out a very impressive MLB career, not sure he was that highly regarded as a prospect.

Prospect Smackdowns

Justin Smoak v Lars Anderson, David Price v Tommy Hanson

A few ideas

Smackdown Cole Rohrbough vs. Jeff Locke – I’d like to see John weigh in on this after the diary about these two

Retro Russell Branyan

Maybe a Failed Prospect piece…we haven’t had one of those in awhile have we?

RIP Nick Adenhart

Strasburg question

Provided that Strasburg is drafted #1 by the Nationals, where will he start his Pro Career? Rookie ball, A-ball, majors…..let me know your thoughts
