Update
Sitting here in Oklahoma City, wondering if tonight's game will be cancelled or not.
I brought my new video camera and hope to get the chance to use it and post some videos for you. Alas, my trip does not coincide with Neftali Feliz's next scheduled start, which should be Friday.
I really thought the Lambo/LaPorta question would be closer, given Lambo's upside/youth and better defensive ability.

As one person said, Lambo didnt make your top 100 and Laporta did- pretty solidly. Laporta has gotten so much press being part of the Sabathia deal too… So John, who would YOU rather have?
I would guess it has been a while
since you have seen LaPorta play, John. His defensive ability is above average for both corners. It is true he is slow to get to speed but he breaks well, has decent speed to the ball once underway, catches everything he should and has a fine arm, probably 70. To a franchise that once had Manny and Albert at the corners, he looks like gold glove material. Cannot say about Lambo but I can about LaPorta.
carl crawford
is an above average left fielder; matt laporta is not.

While I don't think Matt Laporta is a good fielder.
He certainly doesn’t have to be Carl Crawford level to be considered above average. Crawford is probably the best defensive left fielder in the majors.

He started out as a catcher. I watched him throw a ball
from the warning track in RF that almost got Hawpe tagging up going to 3B. I have graded a lot of OF arms over the years and I will stick with my number until I see differently. You sound like BA readers and their writers never saw him play either.
