Community Projection: Alex Gordon
For our next Community Projection, we look towards Kaufman Stadium. Is this the year Alex Gordon breaks out? Or does he stay at his current level of performance? Project:

I toyed around with this for a while and, y’know -who knows – but, I just have a feeling he’ll make steady progress this year. I think he’ll continue to adjust his approach to that park and hit tons of doubles and have a nice third season.
A few bad years, a change of scenery, then mashing, mashing, mashing...

I think he’s going to have modest increases each year, and maybe two or three break out years around 26-28. Just being slightly conservative with the guess. The main problem is not Alex, but the KC lineup is pretty bad….no offense to any KC hopeful fans.
Of course, they will probably all break out and make me eat my words!

Think he continues on his progression as the heir apparent to Brett at 3rd base. Have got to remember he is only 25 years old this year.

Additional thoughts
Nobody on this team has really had a breakout season with their bats in quite some time. Anything to this? Just makes me wonder….
