It’s funny how Freddie Freeman is always overshadowed by the likes of Jason Heyward…

Not yet at least, mechanics change don’t change things overnight

how is it interesting that mike stanton, who already is an outfielder, played in the outfield?

A noob or n00b is someone that lacks intellegance or common sense, most people think that noob is a word used only in the online gaming world, but in reality it is becoming an ever popular word with teenage society.
a noob could be simply a level 100 running round shouting ‘’WTF DO I GO!?’’ or someone calling someone else a noob and then getting hit with a brick, anyone can call anyone a noob, but normally they are noobs themselves

Early returns look very promising. New batting approach has his swing more compact and he driving hitter’s pitches (but still very early).
Scoscia has him batting third today and may make the squad.

With Anderson out of options...
Do you see Schafer starting CF from Day 1 of the season or being a call up though?
Go Hawks!
Micah Hoffpauir
technically still a prospect who could actually contribute for the Cubs this year continues his run of hot ST’s:
so far .400/.471/.800 with a couple of bombs and 8rbi and 2BB:3K through four games
Not sure if he still counts as a prospect
but Brett Gardner, he of “whiffleball power” is hitting .500 through 2 games with 2 home runs, including one today off of Aaron Harang (so he’s not just beating up on minor leaguers). No idea if either was inside the park, but funny nonetheless. Obviously it’s spring training and a very small sample size, but it’s exciting to see him show some pop.

Don’t know the particulars, but from what I here he looks tough
