Fantasy Trade
I have been offered Chris Davis($5 year 1) for David Price($3 year 2) in an AL only 5x5 league. We can keep guys for 5 years.
I have Meche, Lester and Burnett all undervalued I believe. Hitting wise I have Longoria, Beltre,J. Hamilton, Polanco, A. Ramirez and Kubel that I am keeping.
Should I make this deal because hitting is usually more valuable than pitching and Price might start the season in the minors. I'm undecided because I really like Price for next year and beyond.

huh?
in every league i’ve been in, it seems pitching is more valuable than hitting. whatever the case, DO NOT DO THIS DEAL. david price is a stud and will be more of a stud in the very-near future. i’ve heard all of the nonsense about how pitchers COULD get hurt. well i don’t care. you need to keep price. stop for a second and realize that you don’t need to make a trade. i know trading probably gets you excited, it’s a rush and a thrill and all of that. but YOU CANNOT TRADE DAVID PRICE. just don’t do it. you can rationalize all day. i’m sure you’ll find some blog saying price is prone to injury, etc. i’m telling you, from one man to another, not to do this. if you do do it, then i’m sure you will come back in a year or two and cry to all of this about the crappy trade you made and how we should’ve told you not to go through with it. i’m telling you right now: DO NOT GO THROUGH WITH IT.
