Last year's rookies, top community prospects for future performance #12
In a close four way vote, Dexter Fowler emerges as #11 among last year's rookies. Tillman, Latos and Holland each had within a few votes of each other in a virtual tie for second at 18%-19% so it will be interesting to see which of those (or possibly a dark horse) emerges next round. Here is where we are so far:
1. Matt Wieters, C Baltimore
2. Tommy Hanson, P Atlanta
3. Andrew McCutchen, of Pittsburgh
4. Brett Anderson P Oakland
5 Gordon Beckham, 3b CHW
6. Rick Porcello, P Detroit.
7.Elvis Andrus, SS Texas
8. Colby Rasmus, of St. Louis
9. David Price, P Tampa Bay
10. Travis Sinder, of Toronto
11. Dexter Fowler, of Colorado
Randy Wells, Ricky Romero, Mat Gamel, Drew Stubbs and Nolan Reimold all had less than 5% of the vote last round and are temporarily dropped from the voting, although Romero and Reimold got close and will be back quickly.
temporarily dropped from the poll (percentage and round in parens) Kyle Blanks 1% (8), Gerardo Parra 0% (8), Jeff Neimann, 1% (9), Matt Laporta 3% (10), Luis Valbuena 2% (10), Ricky Romero 4% (11), Nolan Reimold 4% (11), Drew Stubbs 3% (11), Mat Gamel 1% (11), Randy Wells 0% (11)
This round we add back Trevor Cahill, Andrew Bailey, Cameron Maybin and JA Happ and give a first shot to Everth Cabrera.
As always, if you you have any suggestions for players to be added to the voting, particularly hitters, as the list is very pitcher heavy at the moment, please list them below.

Coghlan
I wasn’t ready to vote for him when he was on the list previously, but i’m ready now. Could we get him back on the list?
The wind is in the buffalo.
Coghlan
managed to leave him off the list of players above who were on and dropped but he got 1% in round 8 which puts him in the same situation as Blanks, at the head of the line of players due to come back on, along with Laporta, Reimold and Romero.
Continuing to vote Holland
Love the arsenal.
Anyhow, with guys like JA Happ getting tested now, I think Randy Wells should probably be up for a tester soon. No one really expects him to maintain his performance from last year … but he likely can be a solid, versatile arm that can stick in the majors for a bit and can probably stick as an end of the rotation arm. Anyhow, considering the rookie season, he should probably get a tester soon. That said, considering the names left on board, he shouldn’t come off the board for a little longer.

Wells
where were you with the Wells bandwagon last round? He was up as a tester and got blitzed, with essentially no votes. He’ll come back around in a few rounds.

I’ve been waiting for some kind of separation between Tillman and Holland and it just hasn’t happened. Looks like we are headed for a cage match between them.
