Stephen Strasburg is hurt while shagging fly balls.
Stephen Strasburg has been scratched from Saturday's game in the AFL Championship. While working out, Strasburg twisted his left knee taking batting practice. Strasburg stepped awkwardly and reported hearing a pop in his knee. He was taken to a nearby hospital for an MRI. The MRI showed inflammation in the Knee. As a precaution, Strasburg is scheduled to fly to LA on Friday to be examined by Dr. Lewis Yocum. One ? I have is, why was he shagging fly balls in the first place.

But this is the Golden Boy we’re talking about here. He wasn’t drafted so he could say, “Chicks dig the long ball”. So my point is, he didn’t need to be shagging fly balls in the first place. Like my man DagonFlyJones say “You shouldn’t be hitting anyways, you should be practicing on your art!”. And we all know that his Art is pitching.
