Last year's rookies-top community prospects for future performance #3

With 35% of the vote, Tommy Hanson, #23 on last year's community prospect list, is the #2 prospect among last year's rookies.

1. Matt Wieters, C Baltimore

2. Tommy Hanson, P Atlanta

Star-divide

Travis Snider, #4 on last year's list and Cameron Maybin, #7 on last year's list drop off with the two lowest vote totals of the second round.

New testers this round are Dexter Fowler, Matt Laporta , and Chris Coghlan.

Nobody goes back in the poll this time, although I am planing on getting Colby Rasmus back on next round. Temporarily dropped from the voting because of low support are:

David Price 2% (1), Dolby Rasumus 2% (1), Cameron Maybin 0% (2), Travis Snider 0% (2)

Others who have been mentioned as possible additions in the near future include Trevor Cahill, Everth Cabrera, and Jeff Niemann.  Additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

this one is either brett anderson or mccutchen

and anderson will be one of the best pitchers next year in the whole AL…

strikeouts groundouts… high velocity, wipeout secondary offering… hes got everything plus some more

oops didn't see anderson

for some reason when i made my vote, but that’s who it should’ve been. Voted Andrus instead.

Anderson here

but Porcello should be on the list

agreed

excellent sinker, ridiculously rushed. basically, he was wang pre-injuries, but with better potential to develop. the only concern i have is that the sinker is so good that he doesn’t really develop his secondary pitches on the big league level. that said, he’s so young that i’m willing to overlook some of the stats.

McCutchen...

then Anderson next. The top 4 is pretty close to me.

close call for me,

between Anderson and McCutchen, but I went with McCutchen. I tend to lean towards offensive guys with 0 holes in their game, just because they play about 5 times as much as a starting pitcher will, their value is higher.
