From the "long ways away" crystal ball
You can have one of Juan Duran (CIN, OF) or Kelvin De Leon (NYY, OF). Which do you take and why?
Both are very, very young, toolsy, high profile international signees.
John has De Leon in the Honourable Mentions section (so likely grade C?) of the Yankees Top 20, and Duran as a grade C at #21 in the Reds Top 20
Not too many numbers to provide since they both played in the DSL but are also really a lot more about scouting & projection than current performance at this point (De Leon put up significantly better number for those that care).

Better than my opinion...
From Kevin Goldstein’s chat 2 days ago:
Aaron (YYZ): You can have one of these super-young Latin American prospects, Juan Duran (CIN, OF) or Kelvin De Leon (NYY, OF), which do you take?
Kevin Goldstein: Duran
I'll warm up with you anytime

I would take Duran as well
The power potential is supposedly immense, but I have not seen any video of him yet.

What do we actually know about either of these guys?
I mean, all we really know is how much they signed for (Duran – 2 mil, De Leon – 1.1), that the scouts for their respective teams (who are the main sources of scouting info for these guys) think they could be really good in like 5 years, and that both have yet to play a single game stateside. Oh, and De Leon was much better in the DSL (which means very little).
I don’t know how anyone on the internet could have a strong preference for either one.
