Across the MLB, who are the International FA signees most likely to hit the Top Prospect lists, this year and in the coming years?

I am interested in hearing thoughts not only on the players signed this year, but also the players who were signed in past seasons but are only just now being promoted to the stateside minor league systems (GCL, AZL, low A, etc.)  Players of latin origin may be included, but also players of Asian, Australian, European, and Canadian descent, etc.
