Pelfrey again
Sorry folks, but I found a quote of his interesting. Paraphrased, he said he couldn't talk to Peterson for 2 years because he wanted everything done his way.
I know Peterson preached throwing everything low. Warthen has stressed pitchers throwing high. I think he meant mixing it up.
Anyway, it is like Duncan and Anthony Reyes. You get these pitching coaches anointed as god and sometimes they just don't mesh with a pitcher. Maybe Reyes is just a little stubborn, but I had the feeling that Peterson was part of the problem with Pelfrey's development.
