Schedule Suggestion

Hey John,

As the midseason has come upon us for most leagues, I would love to see a list of guys who you think have made the biggest jump this half of the year. There are definitely some guys out there who made some massive jumps on the prospect map, such as Trevor Cahill, Michael Bowden, Chris Davis, Logan Morrison, Mike Stanton, . Perhaps with some rough projections about what they will do the second half of the year.

The kid is red hot right now. Smoked his 19th HR tonight. Crazy power from an 18 year old. Although he does hit in a hitter friendly park, 10 of his 19 HRs are on the road. If he can cut down the strikeouts, he could be a monster.

Now raise your goblet of rock. It's a toast to those who rock!

The Marlins have seen a lot of power prospects flourish in Gboro, and then flail in Jupiter, so we will see what the organization does with him. He is actually slugging more on the road than at home, by a good 60 points which is a great sign. But yeah, the strikeout number is very large, which is to be expected from an 18 year old.

yeah

If Vitters or Moustakas were hitting like this everyone would say the Ks are no big deal.

Hi John

I would really like to see this happen as well. Both Rondon and De La Cruz made my top 20 in the spring and you considered neither warranted inclusion in your book. Both are now in my top 10 and I wonder if you reconsider your rating at this time. I also would really like to see an organization review of how you think each organization did in the 2006 draft. It seems to be the only year you haven’t done yet and I happen to believe it is the Indians’ strongest in many years.
