Andy Laroche
He has spent the last two games(at least) playing second base. Is this the Dodgers answer to Kent's age and Dewitt's emergence? Does he have the glove to play second? That would be a heck of a coup for the Dodgers if they can get his bat in the lineup at 2nd. He would immediately become the top 2nd base prospect and probably would quickly establish himself as one of the best second base bats in the majors.

what's funny to me is that
i think dewitt is a better fit for 2nd, but his emergence at third probably removes that move …

i agree
I think Dewitt has the better athleticism out of the two but its cool if we can get both in the lineup.
I don’t think Laroche is 100% healthy yet though. His XBH% is extremely low, as well as his LD rate. I think his hand is still bothering his hitting ability.

Dewitt
I know they tried him at second before and it just didn’t work. Perhaps they should give it another go depending on how Laroche handles the transition.

Good move in-season
But if the Dodgers are smart, they’ll switch the two in the off-season.

i still think that they will deal
LaRoche at the deadline, if they are hanging around, for something.
That said, it feels like Colletti might be setting about to retool the Dodgers somewhat.
