Andrew Liebel
deserves to be on one of those lists too, though there isn’t someone clearly less deserving to bump off.
His season stats are about as excellent as anyone’s on there but the way he compiled them is, to me, incredibly impressive.
He was matched up against aces from several big-time programs in Friday night games.. impressive but any thing the rest of these guy’s didn’t do.. but got into and won several super-tight pitcher’s duels with other aces (and threw some CGs and shutouts while he was at it). Games that if he was just the slightest bit off from perfect or excellent goes from a W to an L
